In Summer of 2010, I traveled to over 30 cities with TOKYOPOP, filming and hosting a 8-episode documentary about Japanese pop culture in America, America's Greatest Otaku.

When I wasn't hosting, my duties included:
*Preparing for and running marketing events
*Interacting with fans on official forums and at promotional events
*Running the audio equipment
*Responsibility for filming equipment
*Hosting panels at anime, comic book, and gaming conventions
*Finding filming locations and coordinating filming logistics
*Organizing tour information with Excel sheets*I also filmed video blogs with footage from promotional events to market TOKYOPOP as a lifestyle brand and build consumer goodwill.
*Living in the confined space of a tour bus for almost two months and the tight time constraints we faced made working seamlessly with the rest of the crew essential.
*Due to the nature of filming schedules, I often faced crisis situations that the rest of the interns and I needed to deal with without supervision. These situations included last minute cancellations that needed to be filled with other filming engagements.
