Business Coursework - Consulting: Worked with a team to develop a strategy to improve an e-learning company's* online branding. This strategy was based on data on where their clients find them, and what causes them to hire the company. The presentation to the company included a focus group testing video I made where people off the street were interviewed (link to Prezi)
*For this project, we worked with the e-learning company Mindgate Media, located in NYC.
- App Development: Worked with a team to develop an iPad app idea for presentation to an investor. We later prepared a press packet and social media press release. (include the press release). This was followed up by a press conference about our app in front of a panel of local journalists.
- Industry Analysis and Comparison: Comparative financial and competitiveness comparison of the three main companies in the office supplies industry-- Staples, Office Depot, and OfficeMax. The analysis includes a financial health analysis over time as well a marketing strategy analysis. (link, download in PDF form)
- Writing Marketing Reports: Marketing report and presentation for a new Flip Video camera, including SWOT analysis and detailed advertising plan.
